The colors you see on the products are an approximation of the original colors and may vary with your monitor and/or video card. Product descriptions and colors may change without notice.
We are not responsible for orders placed before the price reduction. We reserve the right to substitute similar items if not instructed otherwise.
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
Orders placed on Monday thru Friday (before 12.00PM PST) usually ship the same day, however on occassion it could take up to 2 business days to process, before shipping. Orders placed on Friday (after 12.00PM), Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on next business day.
Orders from California will have a 7.75% sales tax added. If you hold a valid SELLER's PERMIT (Resale ID) please fax a copy of it to: (949) 606-8665. Once it is received, the Sales Tax will be waived.
Delivery
We normally ship orders within one to two business days of receipt of your order and payment. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order and a second E-mail from UPS with your shipping information including tracking numbers.
Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS services within the United States if not instructed otherwise. UPS ground service may take 5 to 7 working days for delivery depending on your shipping location. We have no control over UPS Carriers or other carriers suggested arrival times. We will not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
The shipping rate shown on the order form is only estimated shipping charge. (If box size exceeds, additional charges apply). All orders are insured by UPS up to $100 at no additional charge.
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Bahamas UPS Next day only and additional charges may apply.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however at this time we do not accept International orders.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are subject to a $15.00 or 25% re-stocking charge which ever is greater, in addition to all applicable credit card and associated fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Payment
For your convenience we gladly accept; Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.
If you choose to pay by cashier's check or money order, be prepared to wait for checks to clear from our bank account. This may take 5 to 7 days at which time we will process your order according to availability when your payment has cleared.
"Essential Marketing" will be the name that appears on your credit card statement.
